Sklaris Artozacharoplasteia is a well-known pastry brand in Kavala with multiple locations, offering fresh pastries, desserts, and quality coffee. My role was to elevate their digital presence through creative content, concept development, and trend-driven social media strategy, ensuring the brand stayed fresh, modern, and engaging across all platforms.


My Responsibilities

  • Managed all social media channels with daily and weekly content
  • Created TikTok videos and Instagram Reels following current trends and popular formats
  • Developed creative concepts and short video scripts to highlight products and seasonal items
  • Designed static posts and story content aligned with the brand’s warm, sweet, and inviting identity
  • Captured and edited video content that showcases pastries, beverages, preparation processes, and store ambience
  • Ensured consistent and appealing branding across all digital touchpoints

The Approach

The creative direction was built around the authentic character of Sklaris: fresh products, warm aesthetics, and the everyday pleasure of good pastry and coffee.

Content was crafted to blend product storytelling with current social media trends — making the bakery feel approachable, modern, and relatable.

TikTok and Reel strategies focused on:

  • humorous or relatable bakery moments
  • seasonal and daily specials that keep the audience engaged

Stories were used to bring followers behind the scenes: freshly baked items, morning preparation, limited products, and real-time promotions.
